She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Harrar and Ethel Harrar; her siblings, Ethel Dransfield, Dorothy Fabian, Ruth MacLean, Marion Cliver and Edward Harrar; her husband William J. McHugh Jr.; her children, William McHugh III (Billy) and Patricia McHugh Balestrieri; her daughter-in-law Eva McHugh (Patty); and her grandson Joseph Balestrieri Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Tim, Lois and Seretha; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Tara), Michael (Beth), Christopher (Alison), Aaron (Lisa), Jason, Eric, Lindsay (Mike) and Kelly; her great grandchildren, Ashley (Desjohn), Jeffrey (Dakota), Talia, Jaxon, Liam, Leah, Gabriella, Colbie and Connor; her great great grandchild Nova; her pet Ozzie; and her siblings-in-law, Regina McHugh, Kay, John Hastings, James and Verdine McHugh.
