She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Schaeffer and Mildred Kulp Schaeffer. She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Mitchell; her stepson James B. Mitchell (Kacey); her grandchildren, Patrick and Maegan; and her brothers, Lester (Virginia) and Steve (Suzanne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
