She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph F. Flatch. She is survived by: her brother Richard Forgach of Sanford, NC.; her daughters, Mary Ann Buonanno (Gerard) of Florence, NJ, Lorraine Gilch (George) of Barrington, NJ and Jane Brennan (Thomas) of Mt; her grandchildren, Jeannette Buonanno, Jim Buonanno, Kevin McDonald (Courtney), Beth Greskovich (Bill), Jim Gilch (Sonja), Michael Brennan (Michelle) and Tom Brennan; and her daughters, Of America, Samaritan Hospice and Eves Drive. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
