It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Emelia A. Locco of Bristol, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Cotugno and Jennie; her son Louis Locco, Jr. (Patricia); and her brother Cesare Cotugno (Helen). She is survived by: her husband Louis Locco, Sr.; her children, Emelia Bush (John), Michael (Betty), Jovanna and Ann Marie Gupta (Prashant); and her brothers, Charles Cotugno and Dominic Cotugno. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
