She is survived by: her children, Francis Prusinski, Kenneth Prusinski (Lisa Gerome), Annette D'Emidio and Lisa Royack; her brother Andrew McIntosh; and her friend Laverll Staller. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
