He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Horton and Linda Horton; his son Jamel Horton; his daughter-in-law Michelle (NJ); his daughters, Taisha Lockhart (MD), Kristina Horton and Aleisha Horton (PA); his stepsons, Kendal and Christian Payne; his grandchildren, Shonquel Lindsey, Jasmir Lindsey Horton, Jamel Horton Jr., Janira Nedrick, Jaquaan Horton, Jaden Lockhart, Shakim Horton and Jasmine Lee; and his great grandchildren, Sha'nyia, Ah'zaria, Kalaiya, Ka'Mora, Ne'Vaeh, Kylie, Skylar, De'Oir and Ryliegh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and nephews, and a host of other family friends.
