She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Masciocchi and Adeline Masciocchi. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Caputa; her brothers, Al Masciocchi (Cathy) of West Hartford, CT and Art Masciocchi (Joanne) of Berlin, NJ; her stepsons, Daryl Platt and TJ Caputa (Megan); her grandchildren, Deia Platt, Drake Platt, Charlotte Caputa and Trey Caputa; her niece Kate Scurlock; her children, Benson, Owen and Rebecca Karos; her granddaughters, Adeline and Phoebe; and her children, Matthew Masciocchi, Danielle Masciocchi (Bowen Reynolds), Alana Masciocchi and Audrey. She is also survived by numerous other in-laws and cousins.
