He is survived by: his wife Julia Cardi; his sons, Anthony (Christine), Alfred (Christine) and Christopher (Natalie); and his grandchildren, Tina, Thomas, Stephen, Marleigh, Brooke, Carlo, Alfie, Dominic, Mathew and Mia.
