He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Hardy and Elizabeth N. Hardy; and his brother William R. Hardy, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann; his sons, Andrew Hardy, Jr. and Charles R. Hardy; his sister-in-law Mary Wagner; his grandchildren, Julianna and Charles Hardy, Jr.; his pet Max; his sisters, Barbara J. Deal (Ronald), Bettie Ann Rarrick (Robert) and Patricia E. Ramirez; his uncle Maurice Hardy (Dottie); his aunts, Doris Fleetwood (Ron) and Joyce Hughes; and his friends, Helene and Steve Zinelli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
