She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. McGovern and Carrie Johnson McGovern; her former husband Terry C. Laykish, Sr.; her daughter Betsy Kriegisch; and her siblings, Elizabeth "Sibby" Walter, James (Rose McGovern) and Terrence (Candy McGovern).
She is survived by: her husband Anthony F. Taormina; her son Terry C. Jr.; her daughter-in-law Maria Laykish of Westview, PA; her daughters, Kathleen (David Boyde Sr.), Karen (Paul Wozniak), Lisa (George Bedekovich) and Rochester Twp; her grandchildren, David, Rachel, Nicholas of Ashley, P. J., Eric, Andrew, Cassie, Kristopher, Ryan, Matthew, Chelsea and Jessica; her stepchildren, Tony Taormina Jr. (Susan) of Irwin, PA and Tricia Peterson (Adam); her brother Tim; and her sister-in-law Linda McGovern. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
