She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert M. Patsch and Evelyn Cordes Patsch. She is survived by: her husband John C. McCullough; her children, Wendy J. McCullough and John Christopher "Chris"; her daughter-in-law Kristen McCullough of Downingtown, PA; her grandchildren, Dustin, Dylan Covert, Josie and A. J. McCullough; and her siblings, Nancy Novak (Joseph), Marian Antoline (Chris), Kate Lawrence (Tim), Becky Horter (Bill), Dennis Patsch (Terrie), Dan Patsch (Chris) and Michael Patsch. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
