He was predeceased by: his parents, Zalman Kaufman and Helen Bangor Kaufman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara G. Helsing Kaufman; his children, Jonathan Kaufman (Valerie), Melanie Kendrew (Ben) and Kimberly Kaufman Morgan (Wes); his brother Robert Kaufman (Maryellen); and his grandchildren, Luke Kendrew, Emma Kendrew, Liam Morgan, Eliot Morgan, Harper Kaufman and Maksim Kaufman.
