He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jane Carling, Sr. and Brighton Twp; his wife Vera Marsick Carling; his daughters, Jessica Stewart (Justin), Emily Paoletti (Gino) and Megan Carling; his sisters, Hazel Roksandich (Rocky), Lucy Weaver (Jack) and Rebecca Quigley (Rick); and his grandchildren, Joshua Malone, Charlotte Stewart, Abby, Noah, Anna Paoletti and Sonny Moakley.
