She was predeceased by: her father Robert D. Cook. She is survived by: her brothers, Kerry Cook of Florida and Daniel Cook (Brenda) of Industry, PA; her nephew Christopher Cook (Jessica) of O'Fallon, Missouri; her niece Sarah Cook of Beaver, PA; and her aunt Janet Berg of Las Vegas, Nevada.
