He was predeceased by: his wife Christina Saxon Gabonay; and his brother Steven Gabonay. He is survived by: his children, Lauren Terhorst (Tim), Erika Gabonay Grantz (Alex) and William Gabonay (Christina); his grandchildren, Timothy Terhorst, Justin Terhorst, Emrys Gabonay and Elowyn Gabonay; his sisters, Carol Pipak (Gary) and Christine Kitz (John); his mother-in-law Albina Saxon; and his brothers-in-law, John Saxon (Theresa) and Alex Saxon (Carmel). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
