He is survived by: his children, Wayne A. Smith, II (Sandra), Bryan C. Smith (Darlene) and Lynette D. Smith; his stepson James F. Harby; and his grandchildren, Wayne A. Smith, III, Melany E. Smith, Karry C. Smith, Bryan C. Smith, II, Claysa B. Smith, Anthony Ostermeyer, Amanda Ostermeyer, Marissa Harby and James F. Harby, Jr.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
