She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas D. Lesnett, III; her brother Harry "Brud" Brownfield; and her granddaughter Christy Lesnett. She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Woody" Lesnett (Jenny), Scott Lesnett (Diane) and Mark Lesnett (Adrienne); her grandchildren, Susan Falce (Lance), Tom Lesnett (Julie), Ann Hess, Allison Bouchard (Patrick), Reneé Zetlin (Derek), Christian Lesnett (Kate), Adam Lesnett (Haley), Elizabeth Widmer (Steve) and Kate Lesnett; and her sisters, Linda Bradstock (Jack) and Jo Ann Moore. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bridgeville Area Food Bank, 740 Washington Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
