He was predeceased by: his grandfather Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Rachael Tackett (Magdich); his children, Sadie, Toby and Diesel; his parents, Terry D. Tackett, Sr. (Debbie) and Sherry Rehak (Joe); his grandparents, Larry, Sharon Atkins and Elaine Eger; his grandfather-in-law Patricia Vercammen; his siblings, Jessica Ensminger (Jeff) and Travis Tackett (Emily Dipietro); his brother-in-law Patrick Magdich; his parents-in-law, Michael and Annette Magdich; and his nieces and nephews, Kayleigh, Jack and Kassie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Presto Volunteer Fire Department or the animal shelter of your choice.
