She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolph F. "Rudy" Zupancic; her mother Mary Kopec; her children, Michael Zupancic (Becky) and Laurene Verikas (Regis); her grandchild Kyle Verikas; and her siblings, Eleanor Hezir (Steve) and Robert Kopec (Joan).
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Zupancic, Wayne Zupancic (Rebecca) and Karen Zottola; and her grandchildren, Bradley, Ryan Zupancic, Joshua Campanella, Kristin, Kevin Verikas, Justine Hofmann and Joseph Zottola. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Association of Western and Central PA.
