He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mazzeo and Dolores Mazzeo. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mazzeo; his children, Aprill Mazzeo, Elizabeth Mazzeo, Michael Mazzeo Jr. and Nicholas Mazzeo; his grandchildren, Michelle Baker, CJ O'Dell, Amber Mazzeo and Trisha O'Dell; his great grandchildren, Jennifer Baker, Dylan Baker, Hailey Baker, Logan and Paisley O'Dell; and his siblings, Jimmy, Bobby, Mark, Joey and Debbie Mazzeo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
