She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John A. Petach; her grandchildren, Christie Zirngibl (Michael), Jocelyn Blystone (Bart) and Katelyn Pitts (Alex); her great grandchildren, Ella, Dylan Zirngibl, Haley, Wells John and Brynn Lee Blystone; and her sister Dolores Thorp (late Paul).

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
