He is survived by: his wife Rita Mary McMillan (Schragl) of Versailles; his daughters, Stacey Lynn Sims (Joseph) of Versailles and Kimberly Ann McMillan of McKeesport; his grandchildren, Devin and Morghan Sims; his great grandchild Aiden Sims; and his niece Linda Patch (William) of Louisiana.
