He is survived by: his parents, Gretchen Haid (Michael) and Jim Johnson (Lynda); his brothers, Michael Johnson (Colleen) and Jake Johnson; his stepsiblings, Michael Gessinger, Jason Haid and Stacey Haid; his nieces and nephews, Knox and Isla Johnson; and his grandmother Brenda Yost. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
