He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bernadette Kaucic (Wagenhoffer); his children, Lisa Kaucic and Leslie Kaucic (Jeff); his parents, John Kaucic, and Elizabeth Kaucic, Sr. (Kovach); and his siblings, Joan Gerard (late George), Jim Kaucic (Janet) and Jeff Kaucic (Debbie).

Viewing was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home (3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Child Church (212 Station St, Bridgeville, PA 15017).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
