He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lipchak and Agnes Lipchak (Harnak). He is survived by: his wife Linda "Lynn"; his great-nephews, Jack and Finn "Sharkey" Gallacher; his pet Joanie; his siblings, Jack (Margie), Jay (Helen "Cookie") and Joyce; his niece Jackie (Matt); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia, Darlyn, Sandy and Robert (Beverly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and grandniece and grand nephews.
