He is survived by: his children, Gregory Perkins, Jr. (Sherry) of Greentree, PA and Lisa Daugherty (Joseph) of Cuddy, PA; his grandsons, Gregory Perkins, III and Evan Perkins of Greentree, PA; and his sisters, Elaine Perkins-Melvin (Fred) of Atlanta, GA and Gail Taylor of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and relatives.
