Hoffmann (Mary); and his grandchildren, Nicole E. Hoffmann Brown (Randolph), Michelle Hoffmann (Carrie Swanson), Lori E. Reifert Brian (Michael Filippi), Kevin T. Reifert, Thomas C. Reifert, Steven J. Hoffmann and Brian D. Hoffmann. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
