He was predeceased by: his daughters, Cheryl and Julie. He is survived by: his children, Curt (Richard), Carol (Jeff) and Lisa (Tim); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Kristy, Michael, John, Joseph, Raven, Davis and Lily. He is also survived by his thirteen great-grandchildren.
