He was predeceased by: his son Brad Petrillo; his parents, Gaetano Petrillo and Anna Petrillo (Tatone); and his siblings, Rebecca Heflin (Charles), Domenica Chaussard (Gene), Frank Petrillo (Joann) and Elizabeth Petrillo.

He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Petrillo (Mariani); his children, Lori Transue (Tom), Todd Petrillo (Kellie) and Gregg Petrillo (Michelle); his grandchildren, Lindsey Petrillo, Matthew Petrillo, Jessica Transue, Michael Transue, Emily Petrillo, Domenic Petrillo and Anthony Petrillo; and his pet Lexi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home (3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Child Church (212 Station St, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
