Powell (Bridgeville, Pennsylvania), born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Powell, Sr. and Dolores Powell (Toogood); and his brothers, William, Robert and Gary Powell.
He is survived by: his brother Allen K. Powell (Diane); and his cousins, Ricky, Robin and Randy Powell. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
