He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Celina H. Barnett (Cain); his children, James M. Barnett (Sherri), Caroline 'Carrie' Duffner (Christopher) and Patricia 'Patty' Soderberg (John); his grandchildren, Timothy, Amanda, Marie, Michael, Elizabeth, Catherine, John Jr., Christina and Angelina; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Elliott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
