She was predeceased by: her spouse Jan B. Underwood, Sr.; and her siblings, Dennis Shigemura and Kay Crabtree. She is survived by: her children, Jan B. Underwood, Jr. (Tammy) and Julian E. Underwood (Amy); her grandchildren, Lynn Restivo (Nicholas), Devin Underwood (Nicole), Jordan Underwood, Brayden Underwood, Kaelyn Underwood and Abrielle Underwood; her great grandchildren, Adalynn Restivo and Millie Restivo; and her sister Susan Moss. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
