She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Ferczak and Helen Virginia Benedict Ferczak; and her husband Albert H. Cook. She is survived by: her children, Amy Resavage (Michael) of Oakdale and Chris Daugherty (Mindy) of Muse; her granddaughter Abagail Carolyn Resavage; her stepchildren, Debbie Lutz (Michael) of Greenville, TX and Jason Cook (Angie) of Tomball, TX; and her siblings, Michael Ferczak and Helen Ann. She is also survived by 12 step grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
