She is survived by: her children, David Mikulski (Melissa), Linda Leone (Lawrence), Karen Garrity (William) and Renee Achille (Robert); her grandchildren, Lindsay Leone (Christopher Cain), Michael Leone (Brittani), Katherine Garrity (Andrew Zelinsky), Matthew Leone, Liam Garrity (Erin), Caroline Henderson (Russell), Adam Mikulski (Drew), Alana Garrity, Dominic Achille and Benjamin Mikulski; her great grandchildren, Roman Cain, Francesca Cain and Stella Zelinsky; and her sister Donna Bonomo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to the American Heart Association.
