He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Bicusky and Tony Bicusky; his former wife Janet Flint; and his sister Virginia "Sally" Kress (Arthur). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hayes; his daughters, Bonnie Semenick (Richard) and Tammy Metzger (John); and his sisters, Irene Webb (Kenneth) and Dorothy Irwin (John). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
