With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sophie Smoczylo of Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Bujar and Catherine Bujar; her husband Michael Smoczylo; and her son-in-law Michael Owoc. She is survived by: her children, John M. Smoczylo (Martha) and Stephanie Owoc; her grandchildren, Nancy Gallo (Andrew) and Michael Smoczylo; her great grandchildren, Andrew F. Gallo Jr. and Gianna M. Gallo; and her sister Stephanie Horulko.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sophie's memory to SS.
