She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl I. Isenberg and Nellie Theresa Isenberg (McDonald); her brother Carl Isenberg; her brother-in-law Thomas Palmer; and her friend Helen Conrad.
She is survived by: her siblings, Glenn Isenberg (Angel), Ruthann Palmer and Lynn Aiello (Ed); and her nieces and nephews, Debbie (Dave), Donna (Brian), Tom, Mark, Brenda (Joe), Glenn, Niki and Christine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's memory to the Montgomery County SPCA, 19 E. Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
