She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph R. Bowman and Elizabeth Bowman (Royal); her spouse Jesse F. Kern; and her brother Joseph Bowman. She is survived by: her sons, Philip E. Kern (Sharon) and Charles R. Kern (Wendi Trainor); her grandson Joseph Kern; and her half-sister Carol Kehler (Russ).
