He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Carr (Weinberg) and Elijah Robert Carr. He is survived by: his wife Karen Cleaver; his brother Raymond Carr (Becky); his daughters, Christa Carr (Babak) and Lisa Hager (Philip); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Julia, Ryan and Colt.
