He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Zelenak; his spouse Rita M. Zelenak (Guerrieri); and his son Mark Zelenak. He is survived by: his parent Anna Zelenak (Yelenick); his children, Karenann S. Young (Rory) of Bridgeport, PA and Michael A. Zelenak (Robin) of Reinolds, PA; and his grandchildren, Mark, Christopher, Emily, Caitlin, Zachary and Austin.
