Thomas David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; his mother Hope Marshall; and his siblings, Ed Smith (Marie), Jerry Smith, Jim Smith (Cheryl) and Peg Lazor (John).
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Smith and Dan Smith (Robin); his grandchildren, Ashley Robinson (Tom) and Stephanie Varchetto; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Skylar, Logan Robinson and Ryder Varchetto; and his siblings, Ron Smith (Arlene), Pat Smith and Karen Hunt (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM.
