He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome B. Kautz and Rita M. Kautz (Gorczyca). He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Smith (Steven), Gerri Ann Coggins (John), Bruce Kautz (Cindy) and Amy Nadorlik (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca (Jordan), Rachel, Kayla, Steven, Jacob and Jessica; and his great-nieces, Addison and Stella. He is also survived by his family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m. Family suggests that donations be made to Scott's favorite charity, Smile Train (smiletrain.org) in his memory.
