With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marlene E. Summers of Brentwood, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 16, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl J. Summers and Mary Regina Friend Summers; her brother Robert Summers (Patricia) of South Carolina; her aunt Louise Friend Myers; her cousins, Christine, Michael, Patrick Friend, Paul Gretz (Noreen), Nancy Pedula, Kathy Peer, Donna Willebrand and Sarah Yealy; and her friend Doug Clewett. She was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Boron Funeral Home, Inc. (1719 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15210-3905). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St Basil Church (1735 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15210).
