He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Antoinette (Fogiato); his children, Zac (Sara) of Alan and Aaron (Kendra); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Alivia and Tova; his parents, Edna Ann (Wagner) and William A. Phillips; and his siblings, Dianne Jenkins (Lloyd), Ken Phillips and Ron Phillips (Bonnie). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
