He was predeceased by: his brother David Brickley (Jean). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brickley; his children, Jay Brickley (Debbie) and Joann Pitschman (Gary); his stepchildren, Michele Sholar (late Chris) and Carianne Jarvis; his children, Shannon Seitz (Mike), Samantha Edwards (Dave), Chelsey Zapatka (Nick), Kylie Pitschman, Ryan Pitschman, Nikki Culwell (Jake), Jessie Shelmidine (Avery) and Fox Jarvis; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Delaney, Harper, Wyatt of Jason, Kenzi, Bebe of Brooklyn, JJ, Olivia, Lucas and Evelyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
