She was predeceased by: her husband Carl L. Siegfried; her parents, Jeremiah Hess and Florence Hess (Mest); her son Paul L. Moyer; her granddaughter Candie; and her brothers, Stanley, Paul and Earl.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa D. Siegfried-Snyder and Barry L. Moyer; and her grandchildren, Kimberley, Karen, Daniel, Serenity and Christopher.
