He was predeceased by: his father Frank A. Roth. He is survived by: his mother Josephine C. Roth (Poper); his former wife Jane Roth; his siblings, Julie Ament (Steve), Frank and Ronald Roth; his niece Jaimie Nava (Christopher); and his nephew Zachary Moyer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to an animal shelter of one's choice in loving memory of John.
