He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Sr. Kinsey and Gertrude Kinsey (Bailey); his stepson Brett Harris; and his brothers, Robert and Howard "Butch".
He is survived by: his pet Sparky; his wife Carol A. Kinsey (Westerman); his son James; his stepson Terry Harris (Jackie); his daughters, Patricia Appleman and Donna Spause; his stepdaughter Lisa Harris; his daughter-in-law Patricia Silva; and his siblings, Horace, Wayne and Linda Arcara. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in his memory to Grace Lutheran Church or L.C. Humane Society c/o the funeral home.
