He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Duvall (McCormick); his children, Michelle Lynn (Richard Lynn Layton) and Philip Howard Duvall (Tammy A.); his grandchild Lyndsey Renee (Cody Reid Richards); his children, Marissa Paige (Jeffrey Paul Reider), Taylor Nicole Duvall and MacKenzie Elizabeth Duvall; his great grandchildren, Clayton Reid Richards and Mia Grace Reider; his brother Roderick Lyle Duvall (Carolyn Louise); his half-sister Virginia Ann Gregory; and his sister-in-law Geneva Leona Duvall (Garland).
