He was predeceased by: his parents, Malon E. Clark and Lula P. Clark; and his siblings, E. Norman Clark, Roquette "Rock" D. Clark, Malon "Butch" W. Clark, Aubrey R. Clark, Lula Jane Claycomb and Flossie Ann Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte A. Clark (Koontz); his daughters, Darla M. Oakes (Brian) of Martinsburg, PA and Candie L. Calhoun (Travis) of Everett, PA; his grandson Reuben J. L. Calhoun of Everett, PA; and his siblings, Elliott "Gene" E. Clark (Nellie) of Everett, PA, Charles "Bill" Clark of Everett, PA, Ezekial "Zeke" E. Clark of Bedford, PA, Clyde Larry Clark (Audrey) of Clearville, PA, Patricia A. Nycum (Tom) of Everett, PA, Alberta B. Hitechew of Boswell, PA, Leroy V. Clark (Connie) of Everett, PA, Tim R. Clark (Kim) and Mark A. Clark (Jamie) of Bedford, PA..
